We strongly suggest reviewing the Abstract Submission Guidelines for clarification before beginning the submission process. Your abstract must be submitted as a Word document. Please note, this year, travel grant applications can be completed and submitted within the abstract system. If submitting more than one abstract for consideration, the travel application will only need to be completed once. For travel grant consideration, please be sure to complete your abstract and travel grant applications by November 15th.
To begin, use the “My Account” tab to create your account. By creating an account, you will have the ability to access and manage your submission(s) at any time.
After your account has been created, use the “Abstract Submission” tab to begin the submission process. There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author can submit for consideration.
If you participated in WPC 2018’s abstract process, you can log into the abstract system using your email address and password previously used.
